Features:
XD dehumidifying, drying and feeding unit equipped honeycomb dehumidifier.
Used for high hygroscopic engineering plastic and rubber such as PA, PC,
PBT, PET.etc., H4 and H5 types of can be selected according customers' demand;
Integrates dehumidifying, drying and two-step feeding function, the three-step feeding is available;
The dew-point monitor indicator for customer selection, which can monitor the dew-point;
The moistureproof drying material tube adopt bottom blowing design with circling air exhausting device, prevent heat energy emitting, keep temperature, improve drying effiency;
Compact in size for easy moving and the machine can be replace easily;
Airtight loop feeding system, prevent the dried raw material to be re-moisture by contact external air;
With built-in restrictive valve, guarantee no remained material in pipe;
Use two cooler in dehumidifying system, guarantee low temperature on air and dew-point.

1.) Control by double CPU, the system HMI use X86 300MHz technical grade display. The system employees a RISC 140MHz microprofessor, with high speed, noise-immunity, fan-less and lower power consumption, independent control structure improve the stablity of control

Servo Controller Part: 

1.) High Precise Control The servo system can control the machine's pressure, speed & location precisely, make sure that the error of  accurate repeatability precision for the shot measurement is <0.3% 

2.) High sensitive response Because the motor vector is matched with the controller accurately, it only takes 0.5sec. inputing the number from 0 to max. Compared with other traditional hydraulic injection molding machine, HJS series is more faster in speed with shorter cycle time and high efficient in production
